Kuroshio cho kanzumeseisakusho:   This recipe uses one can of Yuzu flavored yellowtail fatty tuna radish.

 

shrimp · crab · wheat · soba · egg · milk · peanuts are not applicable

<Ingredients>

Yuzu flavored yellowtail fatty tuna radish 1 can

Green Shiso Leaves  3

Japanese Ginger  1/2

Japanese Parsley   5

Salad Oil      10 g

 

 

<Preparation Instructions>

  1. Cut Green shiso leaves and Japanese ginger into thin slices. Cut Japanese parsley into 3cm.
  2. Put the salad oil in a skillet and bake the yellowtail fatty tuna radish until it’s slightly brown.
  3. Mix ① and ② in a bowl well.
