Kuroshio-town canning factory This recipe uses one can of jellied skipjack tuna broth that is flavored with Japanese ginger stock.

Jellied skipjack tuna broth that is flavored with Japanese ginger stock (1 can)
Eggplant 1
Liquor 10g
Salt 0.5 g
Pepper 0.04 g


1. Make tiny cuts in the eggplant diagonally. After crushing them, lightly sprinkle the liquor on top. Then cook them in the microwave using a heat resistant plate.
2. Place ① into bowl and mix them with one bite size Jellied skipjack tuna broth. Add salt and pepper.
3. Place them in a serving dish, put ginger and jelly on top.
